The physicians of Orthopaedic Associates, L.L.P. (OA), the oldest ongoing orthopaedic group in Houston, believe in the philosophy established by their founding fathers: a conservative approach to surgery, combined with personal attention, provides the best treatment of orthopaedic injuries. Founded in 1950, OA was formed to provide excellent orthopaedic treatment and surgery. State-of-the-art facilities located in downtown Houston, Bellaire, Kingwood, and in Katy, offer patients comprehensive treatment and surgery services close to home. OA provides services for your entire family:

• Arthritis Surgery -

Total Hip & Knee Replacement

Total Shoulder & Elbow Replacement

• Arthroscopic Surgery

• Sports Injuries - Fractures/Broken Bones

• Reconstruction of Musculoskeletal Deformities

• Spine Specialists - Spine Disorders:

Cervical & Lumbar

• Work-Related Injuries

• Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Orthopaedics?

The practice specializes in spine and sports orthopaedics, as well as general orthopaedics. Besides their respective educational accomplishments, each physician is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, representing the highest standard available in the orthopaedic industry. OA surgeons rely on their colleagues’ support and active participation in the University of Texas Medical School Teaching Program where they all hold faculty appointments. All physicians are on staff of various hospitals. The group’s strength evolves from a special partnership – a team of physicians genuinely focused on bringing patients the best in care of orthopaedic injuries and abnormalities. OA is a valued partner for many of America’s largest managed healthcare companies, HMOs and PPOs, working in harmony with your primary care physician and health care provider. We provide immediate response to emergency orthopaedic services and specialized treatment programs, each designed to minimize patient pain and suffering.
